We offer exchanges or refunds only for products that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. A complete unboxing video (recorded continuously from start to end, without cuts) is required for verification. If the item is available, we will process an exchange. If it is out of stock, a full refund for the product value will be issued. Requests made after 24 hours or without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
